I've found it most helpful to run a medium build with Turret and Explosive Mines.

You can set up a trap with the turret and mines, then bait opponents by connecting 1-2 shots on them. Get them to follow you and run through this trap you've set for them. Works best on stairs, corners and long corridors without cover.

If you prefer just the turret, place it in a corner and initiate combat from a different corner of the room. The opponent will focus on you, giving the turret more time to eliminate the said opponent.

Alternately, spam nades (fire, explosive, gas) onto the platform in the dedicated game mode. As long as the opponents don't have too many APS up, you should be able to get some eliminations. If you see any APS up, chuck a glitch carriable first.
