This is not a 100% complete guide for the achievement, but as a way to know what you need and what to focus on.
The game did a very good job of explaining what you need to craft, which mission drop which item etc... I will only mention the land name and you can check the specific mission names by going to (access infro) and selecting any category and holding

-The second one, Finish the laat mission in the last area of the game, talk to the training robot to activate the sidequist and defeat the last boss(hangedman lv95).
-The third one, Complete bunny quistline you will need to finish Agna desert area and defeat the lv66 boss uaing bunny, completing the quistline will get you the reward
-The fourth and fifth can be obtained when after defeting the last boss, one for defeting the Executioner on hard and the other for defeating 10 bosses on hard(both of these quists are bugged and won't give you the rewards)
-Completing wave 21/21 of the swamp defense mission have a chance of dropping a crystallization catalyst
Another methode: You can buy them using realy money, each crystallization catalyst cost 300 caliber which is around 6$, This can be done by pressing Pause>Shop>Support Material> scrolling down.

Nice guide but what exactly do you mean with assign 10 module socket types at once ? You mean in one Session right ? Which means we need to prepare 10 level 40 Weapons/Descendants at once. And then assigning the socket types one after the other in one session ? This would definitely suck or is there a way you can assign more then one when you level a Descendant or Weapon to 40 cause it sounds like that the way you wrote it.

Warning: As mentioned in the Road Map, many of the cumulative achievements in this game are finnicky, so I would suggest doing this all in succession, or at the very least in a single play session to ensure it unlocks properly.
