To upgrade your modules you need to go and talk to Silion which stands in the far left side of Albion.
-Talk to him
-press (Enhance module)
-Select the module you want to upgrade
-increase the enhane level to 7 using the ( + ) symbol on the right
-press (Enhance)
Resources requirements to upgrade moudle from level 0 to 7 is :
226,000 gold
22,600 Kuiper shards
You can farm gold and kuiper shards by completing main and side missions and defeting bosses, Another good method to get shards is by talking to silion and dismantel the modules that you don't use, the shards you get when you dismantle vary depending on the moudle rarity type
-Normal mudules givea 300
-Rare modules gives 900
-Transcendent mudules gives 4,500
and so on...
The achievement unlock as soon as you press Enhance to level 7.

The, Pants, Party
This achievement has a pre-req of Mastery Rank 7, which unlocks this option from Silion at the far right side of Albion from the spawn point. You will need a minimum of 223,000 gold and 22,300 Kuiper Shards to bring a module from its base rank to +7 total. Once you are MR7 and have all the gold and shards necessary, talk to Silion, choose a module, and hit the right arrow to +7 and apply to unlock the achievement.
Gold is fairly easy to come by, and the easiest way to get Kuiper Shards is by speaking to Silion himself and dismanting any you don't need. Dismantle 77 of these at one time to quickly get Execute Order 77 (10G) as well.
