To dismantle a weapon open your inventory and open your weapons, Select the weapons you want to dismantle by highlighting them and pressing 
on them, an orange junk icon will appear on them, now hold to dismantle them turning them into viable resources materails that can be used for research and weapons leveling/upgrading
Dismantle 50 weapons and the achievement is yours!
Edit:as of 4/7/2024 the achievement doesn't unlock for some people, i found a fix for it, if the same thing happend to you collect +50 weapons and dismantle all of them at the same time.

This one unlocked fine for me but my Dismantle 77 modules is bugged. Guess I'll save up 77 to do at once and try
