*MISSABLE*

This trophy can be obtained in chapter 7 (epilogue) and will pop when you find your name carved in a tree. This particular tree can be found about halfway into the level when you’re following a silver fox and you can see a river to your left. Keep an eye to your right hand side to find a campfire and go there. The tree will be right next to the campfire. Move close to it so you can clearly read the name and the trophy will pop.

In the sixth and final level, you'll once again need to find your name engraved on a tree. Near the end of the level after going down a hill chasing after the glowing fox, you'll need to veer off the path to find the tree. Right after you pass the first big rock on the right at the bottom of the hill, there will be a little campsite on the right. The tree is here, and you'll have to face the lake to see the engraving.

The video in the "Completionist" achievement solution includes this achievement being unlocked at the [1:25:00] mark. Refer to it for when and where to unlock this achievement.
