You will get this achievement by finishing the game, which is accomplished by simply navigating in the game to various beams of light/walking to the end of each area, where the screen will fade out and then transition to the next level.
This will take approximately 1-2 hours. You can quit out and save your progress on traveling to new levels, it doesn't have to be done all at once.
