x1 Flint (found in camps)
x1 old lumber (found in lootable structures, hardware stores for sure)
x1 tinder (created with x1 cattail)

This pops when you place it. I crafted one last night in my first playthrough and didn't get the achievement. I lost it because I died without giving it to Daisy/Aesop. Started a new game today and gathered the mats for the campfire, crafted it, and placed it. Then the achievement popped for me. You don't have to actually build it though, just place it on the ground.

Campfires are easy enough to craft, and can be given to you early on for completing an optional side objective. Just build the fire to unlock the achievement.
