The Forgotten City

Near the collapsing shrine where you meet Fabia is a shrine with a bunch of debris to the left of it. Archeologists class characters will remark that its Greek but they don't know which god. Off to the right, you can see a gate you can walk thru while crouched. Follow that path and you can meet the Hermit and get your achievement.
