The Forgotten City

This will be one of the last few achievements you want to work on as this requires some good preparations first. (Credit to the guide in neoseeker.com website)
After speaking with Duli in the forum's cell, and inquiring about the magistrate releasing him, he'll mention that if Galerius ran as magistrate, that might just happen. To complete the objectives we'll need to do the following:
• Speak with Galerius about running for magistrate, he'll mention that he won't as long as Malleolus is running.
• Complete the Intruder and Democracy in Action leads to get Malleolus to withdraw from the election.
• Make sure you have also completed the Dying Gasp, A Thorn in the Paw, The Sinner .
• Once you have completed those, start a new timeloop.
• As soon as the new day begins, we want to get Galerius to run some errands for us. We can get him to go and do the following in our stead:
-- Give the Silphium Resin to Lucretia to save Iulia from the poison.
-- Redirect the Assassin into the collapsing shrine and save Fabia.
-- Have Malleolus withdraw from the election and release Iulia and Ulpius from debt bondage.
-- Give Rufius the cure for his Rheumatism and get him to stop threatening Vergil.
• Having Galerius complete all of the above errands is essential for getting him elected.
• Let the day proceed and after Malleolus withdraws from the election, Equitia will proclaim it at the ornate archway in front of the forum. Galerius will put his name forward.
• Speak with Equitia and start the election. Galerius should be elected (thanks to doing all the helpful things for everyone on the errands we got him to do!).
• Galerius will go and open Duli's cell. An Achievement will unlock.
