Only three conversations count for this achievement and you can even fail them at first, as long as you restart the timeloop and do them well the next time (so it's not really a missable achievement).

These are:

Naevia

When speaking with Naevia, select the following dialog:

* This has nothing to do with me.

Note that if you come across Naevia's chest and find the cure there, then the dialog option to get through her encounter won't appear and you'll have to start a new game from scratch.

@Mike not true; at least it wasn't what happened in my game. I've actually completed this arc finding Naevia's key in slums first, giving the paper to the girl in the shrine and curing Rufus, visiting Naevia's temple much further in the game.

Disagreeing with the God of the Underworld during the “I’ve seen some terrible things here that you didn’t consider a sin. How could you let them happen?” dialogue options can lock you into combat if you don't back down... Quite annoying, had to replay the whole conversation

Thank you so much for this guide! I thought I'd have to play the entire game again making sure I did every encounter correctly, but all I needed to do was replay the god of the underworld part and use your dialogue choices.

Also should be noted this needs to be done in one play through. On my first play though I convinced Naevia and Khabarovsk, but threatened “Pluto.” Then, played a second play through skipping the golden bow quest line completely and didn’t get the achievement upon convincing “Pluto.”

I had to reload the last save, go through the bow conversation then go and convince “Pluto” again before the achievement would unlock.

DiegoTan's guide is great and shows how to navigate through the conversations successfully. I just wanted to highlight that you can use cheats to quickly get to those NPCs and breeze through this achievement.

enables noclip. You can use this to breeze through obstacles like locked doors or to fly up to high areas. Just know that it's a lot slower than your normal movement, you need to put in the cheat again to disable it and interact with the world, and if you fly past a loading barrier the game won't load it in, so it's best to only use noclip for brief periods to get to where you need to be.
