Pretty straight forward. After Galerius's tour and speaking with the Magistrate go back to the tavern and speak to Aurelia. She will start flirting with you. Try to flirt back (top option) and she will lose all interest and you will get your achievement.

This achievement will actually unlock regardless of the dialogue option that you choose. It appears that the only way to avoid the sting of rejection is to never speak to her.
