How to unlock the Bloodless Shadow achievement in The Forgotten City - Definitive Guide

Talk to Equitia to start the "The Common Thread" main goal, then wander around the city asking people how they got there. Once you have three common experience, talk to her again, then follow her to the Roman Baths (where the Assassin is) and talk to her again to complete it. The achievement should unlock at the beginning of the long conversation.

Weird, I talked to her about the patterns while she was standing by the stairs, and instead of her going to the baths, she went back home and now won't move.

Guess it glitched and I'll have to try another loop? Yep that's a glitch, reloaded a save before talking to her and now this time I can follow her to the baths.
