How to unlock the Silver Tongue achievement in The Forgotten City - Definitive Guide
Only three conversations count for this achievement and you can even fail them at first, as long as you restart the timeloop and do them well the next time (so it's not really a missable achievement).
Watch out for heavy spoilers below; Chappie from NightlyGamingBinge typed out each conversation required, so huge thanks to him!.
These are:
And that's it! Enjoy your new rare achievement.

Note that if you come across Naevia's chest and find the cure there, then the dialog option to get through her encounter won't appear and you'll have to start a new game from scratch.

@Mike not true; at least it wasn't what happened in my game. I've actually completed this arc finding Naevia's key in slums first, giving the paper to the girl in the shrine and curing Rufus, visiting Naevia's temple much further in the game.

DiegoTan's guide is great and shows how to navigate through the conversations successfully. I just wanted to highlight that you can use cheats to quickly get to those NPCs and breeze through this achievement.
enables noclip. You can use this to breeze through obstacles like locked doors or to fly up to high areas. Just know that it's a lot slower than your normal movement, you need to put in the cheat again to disable it and interact with the world, and if you fly past a loading barrier the game won't load it in, so it's best to only use noclip for brief periods to get to where you need to be.
The rest of the guide here since it's spoiler-y:

Until the end of the game, you need to choose a dialogue with Naevia, Khabash, God of the Underworld that will not lead to battles.
This guide was translated automatically.
Naevia - when talking, do not select Attack with a bow (Choose answer options 12 11 21 111111)
Habash - at the second meeting with him, answer options 111211
God of the Underworld - To begin with, you need some answer options to be available.
To do this, talk to:
- Decius , that he is a bad person since he doesn’t give “Sylphium juice” just like that.
- Virgil , about Rufio doing this to him.
- Malleol that he keeps other people in debt slavery.
Next we go to God:
Let's talk about you.
Let's talk about this place.
So you were the one who introduced the Golden Rule?
What is sin to you?
Following this principle is not as easy as it seems.
I happened to see terrible things here that you don’t consider a sin. How did you let all this happen?
Experiments on golden statues.
This is a very literal interpretation of the rule.
Of course not. Never mind.
No wonder people think gods are cruel. This just proves how subjective and unreliable your moral principles are. You are not the best person in assessing good and bad.
No, but that's the point. No one distinguishes good from evil enough to entrust him with such power. You have turned into a tyrant.
If you do this, you will prove my point.
Point out each sin.
Let's talk about something else.
I'm from the future. This phrase will appear provided that you have studied all the sins.
I had hopes that you would explain this to me yourself (a lie).
Shouldn't the god of the Underworld know this?
I want you to cancel the Golden Rule.
The Golden Rule has corrupted the city, making it impossible for you to win.
Point out all the things that the Golden Rule led to.
That's all the example I can give.
Why do you expect us to lead a sinless life if you yourself are not capable of it?
You punished hundreds of people...
But weren’t you the one who kidnapped Proserpina and kept her here by force?
You locked people in the city against their will.
Maybe.
You cruelly punish hundreds of people: some of them only slightly stumbled, and some were completely innocent.
If we switched places, you wouldn't want me to punish you for other people's sins.
No.
And in what ways are your people superior to humans?
And what is the superiority of this wisdom and high technology?
So you think that you can behave with us as you please, because you are stronger than us?
What did the Roman Stoics say? “Treat those below you the way you would like to be treated by those above you.”
But didn't you talk about your leader Jupiter? You have your own hierarchy.
I say: if you yourself cannot live by your own rule, why do you expect this from people?
You are not a monster. You are human, you made a mistake.
All people make mistakes. This is our nature.
Perhaps he was also mistaken.
Maybe by taking on human form you've picked up some human weaknesses.
We just want to return to our world.
Why?
