This is easy to get, just go behind Vergil's shop on the forum, there is a public bathhouse. There are a few of these items on the ground, just pick one up for the achievement.

This item is located in the tunnel you drop into after receiving the golden bow and shooting down the hornet nest.

From the bath house. Walk towards the forum (marketplace) and take the stairs on the left side to go around the stores. You find this on the floor of the toilets.
