Might be buggy atm.
- I played for 20 acquired Blackjacks for good measure and nothing.
- I played for 11 initial deal Blackjacks and also nothing.
So either buggy or the solution is not as obvious as it would seem.

Can confirm, I did the Virtual Blackjack 100 hands in one sitting and blew 10 initial blackjacks out of the water... No achievement. Maybe it can't be done with virtual Blackjack? Unsure.

I got it after 12 BJ. I don't think BJ count when you split your hand. I done it on the normal table.

I got this achievement in 45 minutes after my 10th blackjack betting 50 each hand in the normal blackjack room. I played at a far back table in one of the side rooms at 5 am in the morning as I have found you tend to get more blackjacks if you play by yourself. I have tried for this achievement a few other times in the daytime, and I would play for 90 minutes, and still need 3-4 more blackjacks because of other randoms sitting at the table, and messing with the flow. I also sat in the furthest seat to the left so I would be dealt first each hand even if someone random did come, and sit down at the table. I can also confirm virtual blackjacks do not count, nor do the blackjacks you get from splitting. You'll notice too that the noise you get from getting a blackjack on a split is different than the noise you get from getting a blackjack on the first deal. The blackjacks that the dealer gets also do not count. Another tip if you want to go for this achievement, and don't want to be up at the crack of dawn is to go for it when the daily/weekly tasks do not involve a task related to playing blackjack. Someone may still come, and sit at your table, but you'll have a far less chance of that happening if the daily/weekly tasks do not involve playing blackjack.

Specifically what is a black jack? Getting 21? Getting 21 with just 2 cards?

Getting a 'Blackjack' is purely luck based - your dealt hand must equal 21 (10/J/Q/K and an A), but there are a couple of things you can do to slightly improve your chances of attaining this trophy.. You should only need 1000-2000 chips as a minimum to attempt this.
I would recommend simply betting 50 each hand. Thus increasing the amount of hands you can play in a single sitting.
I would also advise sitting on a table with the fewest current participants, so that temporarily at least there are more cards in the deck to 'hit'. Additionally this should make the process temporarily quicker so that you are not waiting for others to play their hand. Of course, you sadly can't prevent people from joining your table.
Finally, I would recommend combining this with 'Flexibility'
