Very easy but also very random. This tip is a no brainier for anyone familiar with Roulettte but still giving this tip.
Play it safe by betting on both red and black a minimum bet of 100 and start rolling. If you get the green, achievement unlocked and accept the 100 chip loss and move on to other achievements. Else you will land on either black or red and always break even. Don’t know why this achievement is still having a ratio of 2.7

That would be because it's broken. I bet on green, landed green and made $1800. Figured it meant bet on a different colour. I bet on black, 2 throws later got green. Still no achievement. I'll try your way and see what happens.

It’s definitely broken... I’ve tried this in general and in VIP and it’s just not popping at all. Rather annoying really!

To clarify for people like me who may be unfamiliar with roulette.
You CAN'T bet on a coloured number. Not red, black, or green.
Underneath where it says -2nd 12- you have to bet exclusively on the colour black or colour red that is unattached to a number.
I bet on red to be safe because black is technically a shade, though I'm willing to bed black works to.
