The RP gain is proportional to the size of your wager/payout. RP isn't gained when your winnings are offset by simultaneous losses (e.g. betting Red and Black on the same roulette spin doesn't earn RP if one hits). There are higher max bets in the VIP Room (earn enough RP in a month to achieve VIP 1 [about 32,000?], or purchase All-in Starter Pack, or get a 24-hour VIP Guest Pass from a friend) and even higher in the High Rollers Room (earn enough RP in a month to achieve VIP 2 [about 65,000?]).
