Earn enough lifetime RP (think xp) across all activities to reach Global Tier 40 (think level 40). You mostly earn RP for your bets paying out. The RP gain is proportional to the size of your wager/payout. RP isn't gained when your winnings are offset by simultaneous losses (e.g. betting Red and Black on the same roulette spin doesn't earn RP if one hits). There are higher max bets in the VIP Room (earn enough RP in a month to achieve VIP 1 [about 32,000?], or purchase All-in Starter Pack, or get a 24-hour VIP Guest Pass from a friend) and even higher in the High Rollers Room (earn enough RP in a month to achieve VIP 2 [about 65,000?]). I don't feel comfortable recommending particular games/bets, as they are all designed to lose over time, and it's addictive, and they want your real-world money.
