You earn RP for a few little things here and there but mostly for your bets paying out, as long as they aren't offset by simultaneous losses (e.g. betting Red and Black on the same roulette spin doesn't earn RP if one hits). Think of it as xp. After you earn enough lifetime RP to reach Global Tier 40 (think of it as level 40), you can choose to increase Nobility Level 0 to Nobility Level 1 and reset your Global Tier level. It's simply the prestige system. Get up to 40 again to increase your Nobility again. Reach 40 five times instead of playing good games, and the achievement is yours.
It's a realistic gambling game that wants your real money, so no advice will guarantee success, and please take caution.
LIFTY187um - The cheapest way I would recommend to grind would be poker tournaments and win them you gain lots of RP for winning.
sirbradenwalker - Play 25k or 100k poker or you're wasting your time imo. A 100k win with 6 people is over 20k rp.

also note this could cost ALOT of money yeah you could grind it really and i mean REALLLLLLLLY slowly but of course for max rp you want to be in the high rollers.... but this game BLEEDS you dry. I personally have lost over 500k in a row on war, I have lost over a million in a 10 minuet sitting on black jack.... i have seen the dealer get 7 blackjacks to my 1, i recorded some of these instants and I also might note its never ever gone the other way round NEVER. not to mention it seems to be the case with everyone I have spoken to, I think they claim the game runs on a random java script but it so clearly is not the case. personally i have brought x3 £84 2.5 million chip packs and casual trying to grind on black jack... i made it to nobility 1 and level 31...... and i am broke again with another 10 hand lose in a row..... The cheapest way I would recommend to grind would be poker tournaments and win them you gain lots of RP for winning. other than that this game is designed to suck you dry and watch you buy packs... Free game at its best... one of my £84 packs lasted 2 hours just to let you all know as well... all on blackjack and the seasonal slot

Also note that if you go to a new Nobility rating, you lose all progress on your games. That just means, you go back to level 0 on games. Doesn't harm progress of achievements. But if you were looking to level 40 a game for the cosmetic prizes, do those first before going up in Nobility.
