The daily tasks have a reward calendar on the right and a VIP guest pass is usually one of the rewards. There are 5 daily tasks every day. As you complete the daily tasks you will be able to collect the rewards on the calendar. Usually one of those rewards is a VIP guest pass. For instance, in Feb 2021 a VIP pass was rewarded for the sixth day of completing the daily tasks. (Note: these are not consecutive days so if you miss a day you will not be penalized or have to start over.). Once you get the VIP guest pass as a reward head on over to the VIP room and you will be let in. Upon entering the VIP room for the first time this will pop.

There is a few ways you can do this. Either grind out the RP for the month to hit VIP 1 or you can spend 20 real world dollars on chips. The choice is yours.
