You can find them in any Wreck. You will need to kill it too by progressing in the main Story.
Click on
and go to any Wreck if you are doing the tutorial at the same time. Aboard the Wreck and kill at least one cookie cutter (yellow alien). They will come to your ship so you can wait at the entrance.
