You might naturally get it by doing other achievement, but here is my way to do it.
(Take ~15 minutes to get this achievement.)
The easiest and fastest way is in the tutorial. When you will see a fire, just before clicking on it, make a save.
After that, just put out the fire and when the text appear, load up your save and repeat 25 time to get this achievement.
If you come across a bug by loading up your save that your crew start running without stopping. Just close the game.
