This is the final story related achievement and only becomes available after eliminating the rival families. This means owning all businesses and compounds in every location.
It’s good to bring a medic for this mission. Very little in this game is difficult, but without a medic you’ll spend most of this mission in cover waiting to take pot shots.
With the families eliminated you will get a mission objective to take care of business. To do this, you must go to the airport and meet Tom Hagen’s contact. Convince him to let you through. Once you get to the second floor you will be exposed and have to fight through waves of enemies. Keep progressing towards your objective marker, but do so carefully to avoid dying. Once you reach your objective marker, eliminate your target.
This puts a hefty target on your back, and there will be feds everywhere aiming to kill you. Work back out of the airport to receive an objective marker to go to the Mangano compound. There’s an armoured car in front of the airport that will make this journey much easier as you will be pursued all the way.
Once you make it to the compound, the main storyline of the game will conclude and the achievement will unlock.
