How to unlock the This Thing Of Ours achievement in The Godfather II - Definitive Guide

This one is story related, all you have to do is select a capo of yours you wish to be your underboss, then press a few buttons and bam. After this, you'll want to promote a soldier to capo to fill the empty space, and then recruit two more soldiers to fill out the family tree. Make sure you balance out their professions so you have a diverse range of skills across your crew.

You’ll get this one right after Second In Command. After promoting one of your men to Underboss, you can promote one of your soldier’s to Capo, and then recruit a new soldier to fill out the family tree.

After you get the position of "second in command" in the family, raise the rank of one of your soldiers to capo, and then hire a new soldier for yourself (the closest one will be in the Corleone Compound). And you will gather a complete family.

A capo is an intermediate one, of which you will have 2, but when you are allowed to raise one capo to the junior boss, raise one accordingly, fill the vacant place in the capo with a lower one, and just take a newcomer to the empty place)) the trophy is yours)
