After you recruit a solider then go to the DON View mode and highlight a building and select Bomb option.

If you wait to take over all Crime Rings before attempting this like i did, you'll have to start a new game to get it, the game won't let you bomb your own businesses. Granted, it's only 10 minutes in to a new playthrough you can try it so it's no major problem, but still, it's a valid point

Pushing Start brings up the Don's View. Move over to a business owned by another family. You'll have the option to "Bomb" or "Send Men to Attack." Select "Bomb" by pushing square and send a member of your family with the Demolitions specialty.

In Don's View mode, select any enemy structure and order your soldiers to blow it up. You will receive this trophy, and this building will also become temporarily useless (if enemies received bonuses from it, they will stop receiving them).
