Ok so whilst this is technically a 4 player match play game type, you can get this on your own.
From the main menu, select RB (Play Now), then local match. Change play format to alternate shot. Also, you can custom rules, and round length to back nine.
Then continue and “add player”, and select add guest. You need to add 3 guests.
Now play the round and the achievement will unlock at the end, win or lose.

Remember to select 9 holes, and make it so your team wins every hole to knock this one out in just 5 holes! Combine it with 'Making it Personal' achievement too if you haven't yet played on a custom conditioned course.

A quick tip to speed up the match:
(Assuming local with 3 guests, 9 hole match)
Pick one team of yours to win the first 5 holes to end the match, it doesn't matter which. You'll finish early instead of playing all 9 holes, saving yourself 5-10 minutes.
