Ok so whilst this is technically a 2 player match play game type, you can get this on your own.
From the main menu, select RB (Play Now), then local match. Change play format to skins. Also, you can custom rules, and round length to back nine.
Then continue and “add player”, and select add ghost.
Now play the round and the achievement will unlock at the end, win or lose.

Just wanted to add that if you want to do this quickly I published a course called Easy 18 101 that is all tap-in putts. You can still select to play the back nine to make this achievement take just a couple of minutes. It works great for the Alternate shot and online achievements as well.
