How to unlock the Plus Ten achievement in The Golf Club 2019 - Definitive Guide
There's a course called BD's Silly Seven. It's an 18 hole, par 126 course. The first time I played it, I shot 42 (84-under) and got a handicap diff of -11.9. Once you know how the course works, you can shoot better. (When shooting for the back of the yacht, make sure you use a pitching wedge, and only putt while you're on board.)
It's a fun mini-golf style course with pins at the bottom of bowls, and lots of chances for aces. Replay it several times, and you should be able to get 10 rounds of -10 or better (it takes the best 10 of your last 20) and pop this achievement.
Hope this helps!

Excellent solution. Thanks Sasha. It still took several times to get my Handicap to +10, but I would have never gotten it otherwise.
As iAlecP wrote, you only need to do 9 holes. For this course I recommend the front 9 as there is one hole on the back 9 that could make it impossible to recover from if the ball takes a funny bounce (the one on the massive cobblestone hill/cliff). The only really annoying hole on the front 9 is the 9th hole. Best I could ever do it in was 3 shots. Most of the other ones I could Ace once in a while.

For those not familiar with golf handicaps, it is roughly an average of how many shots better or worse than par you typically score. Although the signs are confusing, shooting better than par by 10 shots is considered -10, however in terms of a handicap, +10 refers to scoring 10 better than par. For this, you'll want to be scoring better than -10 on average.
Some additional information regarding how the Handicap is calculated in TGC 2019:
Handicaps factor in the best 10 rounds out of your last 20. Therefore, you will need to have roughly 10 rounds at or better than -10 to earn this achievement. If you are curious how many rounds you've played or how many you have that are at least -10, you can check your Handicap Record through the Main Menu > Settings > Golfer Tab.

Thanks for the info.
Looking my 10 best rounds of the last 20, I should have an average of 10.1 but Golf Club is reporting my Handicap as 9.7. Might be a slight glitch or something?

Is your average of 10.1 your score relative to par or based on the course slope and rating?

Completing rounds will allow you to earn a handicap. Performing well enough to earn a 0 should come within the first few rounds if you stay at/under par. Difficulty does not affect achievements, so play on very easy if you're having trouble.
To earn a handicap of +10, continue to play well and you'll see your handicap updated at the end of each event. Playing with beginner clubs I was able to get a +10 handicap about 75% of the way through my first PGA season. Playing conservatively helps keep your score down. For example, on a long par 4: It might be tempting to attempt to make the green in one shot, but more often than not you will not be close to the hole and have to 2 or 3 putt the ball in. If you attempt to land on the fairway, you can use a wedge or small iron in order to get the ball close enough to the whole so you can 1-putt it in. The aiming "circle" for smaller clubs is much more accurate and can help lower your score when used correctly.

Weird. I finished a round and showed my HC as +6.7 up by my GT. Now I logged back in a few hours later and it is now +4.6. It is doing the same weird stuff as in Golf Club 2.
Played another round and HC showed +6.7. Quit game and restarted. Now HC is +8.0 WTF. So Decided to play consecutive rounds on TPC sawgrass. With no wind and red tees, was hitting -14 consistently. Then a -19. HC went up to +9, +9.9 and then +10.9
Cheevo popped and then out of curiosity, I quit and restarted game. Now HC is +6.7. Quit and restart, now back to +10.9 LOL.
It wouldn’t be Golf Club without issues.
Just updating the "reset". Started game on the 25th and HC is now +6.7. Quit and started game 4 times. HC stayed at+6.7.
