As with all of the course achievements, you can play on Very Easy and beginner clubs. You can also start at the red pins to shorten the course, and also change the weather settings. Turn off the wind and make it a clear day (unless you like cloudy).
You don't have to do this on the tour. You can play this as a local game with just you playing.
I found turning off the wind makes SUCH a difference. Also be sure to adjust your aim to line it up to the hole.
Sawgrass is par 72, so you need to get 9 under.

I believe par for this course is 72 so you will need at least 9 under for the achievement. I played of very easy with beginner clubs and managed to score 12 under.
