Nice and easy this one!
From the main menu, select the Greg Norman course designer. You then start the course designer options, which you can be as hands on with or not (it is quite user friendly).
If you are just interested in the achievement, then after selecting the type of course, difficulty and, then when your course is generated hit start and select publish. At this point the achievement will unlock.

From the main menu, hit X on the Greg Norman Course Designer. Hit X to create a new course. Choose a theme. You can use the default terrain options, it doesn't matter. Hit X on Next. You can change difficulty and number of holes, it doesn't matter. Hit X. Give your course a name. After it generates, go down to publish. Are you sure? Accept, Take a picture? Accept. Take a picture of the course. Hit X, then go to Accept. It will say publish Successful. Hit X and the trophy should pop.

Go into the Greg Norman Course Creator and make a random course. The walkthrough is very easy and it only requires five or six clicks of the buttons in order to create a random course and publish it online. Very straight forward and easy.
