How to unlock the Lucky Number Seven achievement in The Golf Club - Definitive Guide
Not sure why the others made large courses, or ones with funnels.
I cant get a hang of the controls for this game, at least not yet. So I just made a 10 hole course that is completely flat with the hole 1yd away. Pick the 7 iron, pull back every so slightly on the right stick, then move forward neither quickly nor slowly, and the ball will go in. Worse case you miss by an inch, or overshoot a bit, and you have 6 more shots to get it right.
Just remember to switch to the 7 iron every time.
Search for the course named "Easy Lucky 7s"

The easiest and fastest by far, this should be the top solution...

Just go to 'More' when selecting a course, filter for 'Public Courses' (using LB or RB), and hit the 'Y' button to edit your search. In the search field type "EASY Lucky Number 7". Here you will find a very simple, very hazard-free course, created by yours truly
The full name is actually 'EASY Lucky Number 7 achievement (TA LN7)', but, for some reason, searching by (TA LN7) doesn't work... Sorry , I tried to make it very easy to find.
Enjoy! Message me for help/advice or just to play!
Edit: Just be sure to choose a 7-iron EVERY time. You may need to adjust your type of shot from 'Normal' to 'Pitch' or 'Chip' etc., depending on your distance. 'Chip' is a must for "putting", I'd say...
P.S. As MAKA91 notes below, using 'punch' shots instead of 'normal' can gain you some extra yardage!

I was playing the course that SuperTigerWoods suggested and it works well, but I got super bored playing it and figured I could make something a bit better. If you search for "Easiest Lucky 7 Achievement" you'll find a 10 hole course with the requisite par 70. The course is designed to default to the 7 iron from the tee box and take a single shot to get you within a foot or so of the cup.(The greens are giant funnels.) I've tested all 10 holes with 4mph crosswinds and there plenty of give on most of the holes. (Watch hole 2, I wasn't paying attention and it's a little tight, but still pretty easy.)
If, after the tee shot, the ball doesn't get in the cup just switch back to the 7 iron and chip it in. In most cases a single low power tap with the 7 iron is enough to get it in. Sometimes it takes 2 shots.
I will warn you though. If you have trouble hitting straight shots at 100% power you're going to have a bad time.
To give you an idea of how quick this is though, I ran it in testing in 14, 16, 15, 16, 17 shots, and just got my achievement with a 17 shot round.
DO NOT USE PUTTERS. YOU CAN ONLY USE THE 7 IRON.

Search for a course called lucky number 7. It is 18 holes, but each hole is no more than 2 feet from the tee. Just be sure to switch to your 7 iron and change the shot type to chip. 18 little taps and you'll have the trophy.
A ridiculous achievement, but you can get it easily by searching for a downloadable course geared towards it. There are several of them, with the words "Easy Lucky 7" or a variant of the achievement name in the course list. You then need to select your 7 iron club every time.
