It appears that cameras also count towards the required 5 lenses. I was able to unlock this during the Route A, B and C missions - not sure if it's available before then. I had 2 cameras and the achievement unlocked when I purchased 3 new lenses.

Edit: With thanks to NwO Kavinsky, it appears that you just need to have 5 pieces of camera equipment (cameras or lenses) so you can just buy the cheapest ones available.

You can see your camera equipment by pressing then a few times to the Camera tab.

You start with the Precious Camera and one of the early missions sees you obtain the Old Standard Camera. Simply head to John's Cameramart on the West side of the town plaza and purchase any 3 of the following (prices will vary [see below]):

- Wide-Angle Lens ($1954.15)
- Old Wide-Angle Lens ($509.15)
- Telephoto Lens ($2634.15)
- Old Telephoto Lens ($636.65)

A few things to note:
- John is a Dog person, so an increased Dog rating will considerably lower the prices, as will cleanliness/hygiene,
- I used the PC exploit to make money - unfortunately I can't give advice on how to get the cash if you're on console or if that exploit is patched,
- You can save your money by saving your game, purchasing the lenses and unlocking this achievement then reloading your save,
- The items will be restocked after a few days, so I think you could buy 3 of the cheaper Old lenses over time if money is an issue,
