The Good Life

Shrines are marked in yellow on the map from the outset – they look a little like a bottle. Initially they will be slightly dull, meaning they are not activated yet. Interact with a shrine and choose to activate them, for a small fee. This opens them up as fast travel locations, along with an option to warp home, donate to increase your Cat or Dog rating as well as starting a short mission (under Oracle) which can be good for a little cash but does not effect achievements.
You need to activate all 31 Shrines in the game for this achievement. Several will be blocked off in the early game. From memory, once you complete the Route A, B and C missions you’ll be able to access them all and unlock the achievement. At that point it’s just a case of running or riding to each one and activating it, so nothing difficult, just time consuming.
