This doesn't have to be as tedious as manually catching 200 sheep. Simply go to Lornette Burley's farm south of town and speak with her, pick the option sheep request and then buy sheep. It will cost you £8 per sheep but you can sell them off for £5 meaning you only really spend £3 per sheep.
Once you've bought up all you can store (Max is 10) go to the pasture where all your sheep are stored and go along selling all the ones you don't want to keep. Personally I had 1 main sheep I used and the other 9 spaces i used to buy and sell for the achievement. Repeat this process until you've owned 200 sheep and the achievement is yours.

It's actually a net zero transaction if you sheer the sheep before you sell it. Each new sheep can be sheered/shored/shorn (whatever) to get a wool felt before you sell the sheep. Each wool felt sells for 3 pounds/dollars/gold (whatever) so if you sell the wool felt then you get 5 for the sheep and 3 for the felt making it essentially free sheep the whole time.
