I found a completion checklist on the game's subreddit that included locations for some of the harder to find hotwords. The achievement requires 100 unique hotwords to be fulfilled.

Frog statue for frogs and rain? You talk about it like we know where it is....

I didn't make the spreadsheet, so I can't edit it or take responsibility for the descriptions, but if I recall, there's a frog ornament in the flower bed by the white building across the street from the vet. that should count.

In addition to xaero's information, I thought I'd add some points:
- Hotwords update every Monday and Thursday (I believe). The quickest way to pass time is by sleeping for 3 nights at the Downer B&B once you've acquired all the Hotwords you can from the current 5
- Hotwords can only be acquired once. So if you've fulfilled one and it comes up again, it won't count towards the progression
- I wasted the first few Hotwords by not uploading them properly. When you get the update that there are new HWs, check your PC to see what they are. Check the spreadsheet linked in the solution linked by xaero, take the photo, return home and upload it for it to count
- In some photos, the game can be picky. This happened to me most when taking photos of landscapes, waterfalls, environments, etc. Make sure when you upload the photo, on the Flamingo app it says BUZZ! on the photo to ensure it counts (I also check the achievement tracker as well)
