How to unlock the Crime and Punishment achievement in The Great Perhaps - Definitive Guide

Here is my 100% Achievement guide for The Great Perhaps.
You will come across a bank being robbed almost halfway through the game.
Go down the ladder, to the left in the future (As to not get spotted by the gunman)
Head into the door to untie the security guard.
Pick up the monkey as you leave and head back up the ladder again in the future.
Press
once to turn on your flashlight to see where the robber is. When you see him going to the right, throw the monkey in his direction by pressing and holding 
to aim and throw.
Don't worry about him now.
But immediately get back in to the future as you enter the next main room on the left as again, to not get shot.
In the middle of the hostages is a tree with a pink fruit gas thing.
Interact with it twice to pick one up, and go to the left of the hostages and the other robber.
Again use your flashlight once to see the robber going to the right.
As SOON as he starts walking to the right, go back into the past, throw the stink bomb and that knocks everyone out!
Go to 21:30 to see where and how this is done.

Pick it up, then go down the ladder to the basement. Phase your way into the room on the left and untie the guard, who will take out the robber in the basement..
Now go to the main floor. There are two robbers. Phase in when one robber is looking away and throw the monkey at him. Then get the purple pod from the plant and throw it at the other robber. The gas will knock everyone out, and you'll get this achievement.
