Here is my 100% Achievement guide for The Great Perhaps.
After you finish in the greenhouse, in the past you stumble across an ostrich.
Simply go into the future, pick up the item, go back to the past and throw it in the ostrich pen.
You will then ride it unlocking this achievement.
Go to 30:30 to see where and how this unlocks.

Super easy. After the greenhouse, you'll see an ostrich. After talking with L9, throw the item on the ground into the ostrich pen, then hop onto the planter and onto the ostrich.
