How to unlock the Evil Walks achievement in The Gunstringer - Definitive Guide

There are 6 types of innocents.
On Level 1: Lady in green dress, baby and a nun
On Level 3: Waiter and loose woman and at the end of level 3 also the Madame in Red
You'll most likely get this achievement on your first playthrough, as it is hard not too shoot innocents.

The innocents are:
First level:
- white and black lady (nun?)
- green dress lady
- baby in carriage
Third level:
- barman (butler?)
- pink dress lady
Boss fight:
- any red dress lady who doesn't wield a minigun
You need to shoot each of these types once in your whole run. Every time you shoot one, it will cost you one heart. If you've done it correctly, the achievement unlocks mid-game at the boss after you shoot one of the non-minigun wielding red dress ladies.
