How to unlock the Real Big Scorin' achievement in The Gunstringer - Definitive Guide

The score to beat is 130,000. Unfortunately, this will take a bit of luck. Getting a ton of Metal Dudes or Single Shot stages will kill your score pretty quickly. The single biggest thing working in your favor is if you get Shotgun Showdown on stage 9, flying through the air with a ton of birds. Wait for as many to get in one spot and unleash for regular x20 streaks, if not x25 or more for the Real Rad Multiplicatin' achievement. Done decently, this stage alone will get you 40,000, almost a third of what you need.

I scored 128,865 and no achievement so its likely 130,000+.

Congrats! I'm pretty sure 130,000 is it, then, I don't see them making it 132,000 or something odd.

I got the achievement on just over 150,000 eventually. I got shotgun showdown on stage 9 which gave me around 36,000, and got dual pistols twice. The aim per stage is around 11,000 as there are 13 rounds BUT STAGE 13 DOES NOT COUNT FOR POINTS - try to count it as you're going along! I was around 5,000 behind before hitting stage 9, which then got me 20,000 ahead. It is pretty luck based, but the DLC is pretty short anyway, so this shouldn't be a problem. Good luck!

For this you need to get 130,000 points. It's almost luck-based. If you get single-shot rounds then that will hurt your score. You want to get as many multipliers as you can and as high as you can. The Shotgun Showdown will definitely work in your favor. See "Real Big Multiplicatin'" for more on multipliers.
