For this achievement you need to get a 10 kill combo on Jetpack Outlaws in the second level. About halfway thru the level, 6 birds will appear at the top of the screen above the houses, after that 5 jet pack outlaws will appear in the top right and 5 will appear in the bottom left. Take them out using the 6+ shooting trick and the achievement is yours.

6+ shooting trick?

Where you target 6 people and then start shooting and continue targeting enemies before you are done shooting to get a combo higher than 6. You need to get a 10 combo in jet pack cowboys for this achievement

The achievement description is a bit misleading. Although it says to do it in one shot, you can use the 6+ shot trick to achieve these. See "Real Big Multiplicatin'" on more details on the 6+ trick shot.
