From the Main Menu, select "Settings" on the right, then select "I suffer from left-handedness and need LEFTY MODE to play." on the bottom right. Go back to the main menu and select a scene. Play through one act (not an entire story) from (raise your hand to start) curtain to the next curtain. Doesn't matter how well you do or the difficulty setting, just make it through. Will pop as soon as the second curtain closes and it takes you to the "Continue" screen.

Just a note: unlike some of the other 1 Act Achievements, this CAN be earned on the Prologue

Thans for the tip worldwidedavep, the first video can be skipped by pressing

If you are willing to wait to get this one. I recommend that you do this on the Epilogue as it literally requires no skill or co-ordination with your left hand. I'm sure that there are several other Acts which it would be easy on, but it couldn't be any easier than it is on the Epilogue.

You must complete a level with "lefty mode" enable. To enable lefty mode you must select settings in the main menu then turn on left mode by choosing the option that say "I suffer from left handedness." This will make you control your puppet with your right hand and shoot with your left. Easiestly done in the prologue.
