The Madam 'Boss' level is very similar to the Oil Baron fight. You are on a stage but it is 2D so you simply move Gunstringer away from the Madam when she pole dances, avoid the flying floosies and when you can keep aiming and shooting at the Madam. About half way through you have to smash GS into her then back to the dodging, shooting and the bloody awful reactions of the programmers and their friends in the audience!
