How to unlock the C-C-COMBO! achievement in The Hand of Merlin - Definitive Guide

An easy way to get this is to get the Carving Cleave Warrior skill and get near two enemies that are both outside normal melee range.  Use the Carving Cleave and they will be sucked in range and your Warrior will hit them with the Bladedancer skill inflicting bleed.  The trophy should pop!
