The Hand of Merlin

If you don't earn this natively while playing it shouldn't take too long to clean up.  Health regained through fighting and through landmark encounters both count towards this.   If you need to grind it, get the Grail of Piety (40% extra heal) and Merlins restoration spell.  Use a warrior and get him to kill Mandrakes and then heal him for 7 points.   If you can find extra healing artifacts like the Bandages then this will go even quicker.

Morgana's core also has some useful healing spells / abilities - however I had unlocked this trophy well before I unlocked her core.
