It would work to have a guide made by video since you can pause the game.

This requires you to get every collectible in one play through, life upgrades, bonus points, and guns. You only have to get the collectibles on the path you follow. Easiest way to do this is with the grenade launcher, paired with the cheats inf. ammo and one shot kill mode and just never stop firing and always aim for breakable objects; like boxes and barrels. Scientist do not matter even the ones that give you a life upgrade

Inf. Ammo
(at the main title screen, after unlocking 8 or more achievements)
L, R, L, R, A, A

One Shot kill mode
(at the main title screen, after unlocking 16 or more achievements)
Left, Up, Right, Down, A, A

Does the coin behind the two monkeys in the mansion count if you don't hit both monkeys? Thanks.

Just tried this and didn't get it despite spamming A pretty much constantly. There were a couple of items I got that you literally have barely a second or two to react and get them, so I'm sure there's more like that and that's what I've missed. Would be nice to actually have a guide of where the items are.

With cheats in use, this is probably the hardest achievement in the game. Like with scientists, you need to collect all items in a single run, meaning whatever items you come across, not all items in all paths. This can be a little challenging just because some items you barely have any time to collect them before you move on.

Before attempting this, I highly recommend unlocking the grenade launcher. Refer to Full Armory (35G) for doing so. Its splash damage will easily destroy breakable containers with items without you having to actually aim at them, and then again you can collect the item by just firing the grenade launcher in the same general direction. However, be aware with this strategy that sometimes killing all enemies on screen with the grenade launcher (which will happen instantly with how strong the grenade launcher is) will cause the game to move on potentially before you've gotten the item. You therefore need to be careful to ensure you prioritize breakable containers before killing all enemies (or do both at the same time).

It's definitely possible you could just wing this achievement with the grenade launcher and just fire it off constantly and get lucky to get all items in a playthrough. However, I've found that that strategy highly depends on the route you take. Some routes have items that are easier to spot and collect (such as being right by or behind enemies, or obvious on your path), whereas other routes have containers with items that are way off to the side of the screen and really tough to notice.

To eliminate the randomness from it, below is a video showing all items in a given route. Worst case, follow that route exactly and make sure you get the same items. If you miss one, you can use the same trick from the scientists: quit to the main menu and Continue your game to redo the current chapter rather than starting all over. Note that in the comments of this video, someone put together time stamps of all items in the video, which is also helpful.
