Basically the same as the previous boss except his weakspot is on the other side of his chest, and he's flying. He will gradually send bats at you, but they're really easy to take down. Worst case, shoot down all bats first, then unload on his chest. After a set amount of damage, he'll fly off screen, fly back, and knock you off the roof. This is scripted and you can't damage him during this. While you're hanging and he swoops back, this is when you can start damaging him again.
