How to unlock the Invincible! achievement in THE HOUSE OF THE DEAD: Remake - Definitive Guide
My advice is to start with this run, once you get the assault rifle.
Grenade launcher should not be used, because killing scientists cost you life. If they get killed from zombies it's ok.
Also I would recommend to use the infinite ammo cheat. This can be used once you got 8 achievements in this game.
Infinite Ammo - LB, RB, LB, RB, A, A
You can press it in the main menu at every point, except the continue or the new campaign button.
If you have already done the rest of the game you should now we're the zombies come from.
A last advice. If you loose one lifepoint you can quit out to the main menu and choose continue. This will let you start at the beginning of your last chapter.

would like to note this has to be in one playthrough or you wont get the achievement. Also I used the infinite ammo and one shot kill cheats.

YOU DON'T NEED 40 ACHIEVEMENTS!
Keep trying the god mode cheat everytime u get an achievement.
I have 35 achievements and I'm using god mode 💯💯

This needs to be upvoted more. I was able to use God Mode after unlocking only 16 achievements. Thank you!

Just make sure you don't kill take any damage. If you do take damage, just quit out and continue to restart the chapter.
Here's my playthrough:
Here's my playthrough:
Before attempting to unlock this achievement I highly recommend that you do the following:
Unlock 16 achievements (including the Saviors achievement)
Have all additional weapons unlocked
Enable the unlimited ammo which requires to unlock 8 achievements
LB RB LB RB A A at the main menu
and one hit kill cheats which requires 16 achievements
Left up right down A A at the main menu
Here's what to do:
Choose any difficulty that fits you best
Equip the assault rifle
Don't use the grenade launcher on the first three chapters because it can kill the scientist which will cost you your health, you can either save them or have the creature kill them (you can use it on the final chapter since there is no scientist)
In case that you do get hit in the campaign, you can restart that chapter by going to the main menu and hit continue

This would easily be the hardest achievement in the game if not for the cheat codes. Use the God Mode cheat (as well as Infinite Ammo and One Shot Kill) to make this achievement trivial. I should note though that God Mode seems to be a little finicky. I have had instances where I still took damage from an enemy despite the cheat being activate (and working against other enemies). I suspect this has to do with killing scientists, which causes you to lose health. I'm not entirely sure if killing a scientist voids this achievement, but I would recommend saving them (or just letting them die) rather than killing them with, say, the grenade launcher. It's therefore pretty simple to pair this achievement with the same run of the game where you save all scientists. That's also the shortest path possible, since saving scientists typically leads to a shorter run through the game.
If you decide not to use cheats for whatever reason, this will be decently challenging, especially against the final boss. The good thing is that you can break this up by chapter, similar to other full-game achievements like saving all scientists. By that I mean if you do take damage, quit out to the main menu and then choose to Continue. You'll have to start the chapter over, but it's better than starting the whole game over, and it lets you take it one chapter at a time instead of having to do the whole game start to finish without getting hit. What's also nice is that there is nothing randomized about this game whatsoever, so retries in this manner mean you can eventually lean where all enemies are and who to shoot first to ensure you don't get hit. Without cheats, it's really just a matter of practice makes perfect.
