Just a heads up for people jumping in with no clue after buying the Katarina Epic Item Set. Start a new Single Player game and then open your inventory with the back button. Then LT/RT to the Inventory tab. The items will be in YOUR inventory, not hers. You need to select them (they'll be labeled as Katarina only) and then press X to move them to Katarina's inventory. Once all three items have been moved to her, press the RB to access her inventory and then equip the three items. I then popped back into the game and the achievement popped a few seconds later.

Earning the 15M or so gold isn't as difficult as you might think. If you are going for a full completion, then you probably have a level 30 character that can handle Fearless no problem. First of all, filling your "Victory" bar in Scenario mode will get you a 1000% gold drop rate and a +50% bonus for high quality loot (40 points in the bar.) You can also set the Minotaur Horn at the trophy desk for an extra 50%. Setting the story difficulty to Casual and then going back in to Scenario mode and playing on Fearless will make it considerably easier for some reason. You can also play on "Fearless II" for +50% gold in exchange for 1 extra random modifier. Doing all of this and playing Purge or Clue Hunt will earn you around 600k gold per map (the Elite enemies for the quests drop huge amounts, 6-10k gold lots.)
Additionally, you'll also get tons of equipment to sell. For a final bonus tip, any Epic (brown text) or Van Helsing Set (green) equipment you acquire can be enchanted in the Lair by Saffi, which will typically increase the value of the item, much more than the cost of the enchantment.

Katarina set in xbox store got only 3 items out of 6 total slots, was it enough to unlock the achievement or you had to grind for the remaining 3 items?
