Another story mission, simply make sure Ross doesn't die and you'll earn the achievement.
Try to go ahead of Ross's convoy and beat up the Enclave before they get to the checkpoints before Ross gets there and starts shooting you as well.

This is pretty self explanatory, but in mission "Lesser of Two Evils Part 1" make sure the Enclave Barbaria, drop ships, and foot soldiers don't kill the army vehicles. As an added bonus, you are still considered a target by Ross, so feel free to move on to the next group of Enclave ahead of the convoy. If you're going to get shot, it might as well be by the real bad guys.
