Complete the mission "Our Old Research Data." Destroy the army bases and move on to fight Bronsky. When you damage his car beyond repair, he'll zip past you and get in another vehicle. Repeat this process until his health runs out. Keep in mind that when 4 vehicles are destroyed, Bronksy will call for backup. Again, just repeat this process.
